Résidence Rouault (Toulouse, France)

Fachada em Semi-Rijo LR amaciado (pedra principal) e Moleanos LR areado (bandas mais claras).

Atelier House, Barbados (2012)

One of the most recent projects supplied by Lusorochas is this stunning house in Barbados. Atelier House is located on the West Coast of Barbados boasting 23,387 square feet of living space, including outdoor terraces, pool and luxury gardens. 

Portuguese limestone was chosen as a simple, elegant material for both interior and exterior pavings.

Lusorochas supplied all the interior and exterior floors as well as the bathrooms (including wall cladding and massive washbasins) in Moca Creme limestone and also the kitchen tops in Kashmir White granite.

Um dos mais recentes projectos fornecidos pela Lusorochas é esta magnífica casa nos Barbados. A Atelier House situa-se na West Coast dos Barbados e apresenta mais de 2000 m2 de área, incluindo terraços exteriores, piscina e jardins exuberantes. 

O calcário português foi o material escolhido para os pavimentos interiores e exteriores como uma opção simples e elegante. 

A Lusorochas forneceu todos os pavimentos interiores e exteriores bem como as casas-de-banho (incluindo revestimento de paredes e lavatórios maciços) em calcário Moca Creme e também os tampos da cozinha em granito Kashmir White.

MOLEANOS R flamed

For this paving we combined one of our most resistant limestones with an equally resistant finishing. The result is a stone featuring all the beauty of a limestone truly appropriate for exterior paving. 

This finishing provides a unique texture with all the features required for an exterior floor: anti-slippery and temperature/freezing resistant.

Façade requalification in a residential building (France)

A new finished project in France, a façade renovation using 3 of our main limestone varieties: Semi-Rijo LR (honed), Branco do Mar (honed) and Moleanos LR (sandblasted). The façade was all cut to size and applied through a ventilated façade system with thermic isolation, under the guidelines of the French energy requalification program for existing buildings. Besides the improvement in thermic efficiency, the building also improved the aesthetic level, as it can be appreciated in its before and after.
